Chapter 55 and the rest.
Wow, and it all comes to an end. It all started back in February. 7 months ago this crazy, dramatic, angsty adventure had began and now it's coming to an end.
Alice and Jasper have been through so much as they overcame Alice’s confusion of losing her memory, Jasper's hard heart, scarred by the hate that had always filled his heart. They stayed firm in their relationship through the toughest trials, Jasper fighting through his decision on picking the gang or her. Even when they were afraid and weak, fighting against the monster who had haunted Jasper his whole life, Steve. Even when apart, when Jasper was held in jail or when Greg had taken Alice, they still remained strong, loyal and totally and madly in love.
Do you feel the same as me? Like you were there the whole time, cheering them on and cursing at Greg and Steve? It feels like it to me. Hope was a long process, but it was so soo worth it. I have fallen so in love with the story and all the characters!
And the cute, sexy, sex on legs, lovable, sweet, Spencer Wright?
And the complex, deep, truly soft hearted Mack?
Johnny, oh my cuteness, the mature, toothy smiled 10 year old who stole all our hearts?!
And well who couldn't love Jasper and Alice?! They are so perfect for each, sending the love and hope each of them needed to get through the tough life they have had.

Hello readers of Hope!! I feel like I know you all... Lina would post the
next chapter and then I'd stalk her review page for a while, seeing what all
you had to say about the latest update =). I've loved hearing ideas and
comments and I've had SO much fun beta-ing for Lina. I've never beta'd before,
so I'm glad that I seem to be doing SOMETHING right, cause you've all still
enjoyed reading!
So I know you all through your reviews... and Lina posted some random facts
about Hope [and herself] in the forum... so I figured I'd tell you a few
things about me, so you know what's up! I'm a junior in college this year,
[and taking 17 credits in the form of 7 classes this fall... SO... it's gonna
be hectic!] IIII...absolutely love Alice and Jasper [shocker] AND I don't have
a coke obsession, like Lina. When I drink pop, I'm more of a Pepsi fan, but I
prefer Dr. Pepper over any pop... and Water over any beverage. As for my
favorite moment of Hope... I had a few, but I liked when Alice saved Jasper
from Steve's attack. And the next chapter, when they were actually in the
hospital. [Lina let me write the Apov of that chapter, so I had fun with
that!] Hmm... and the cute Jasper/Alice moments that Lina always comes up with
;). AND I liked the next to last chapter of Hope. Intense.
Another thing about me-- I'm really good at rambling...
So enough about me-- I know that Lina works so so hard on this story... she is
constantly writing up something and sending it over, or pm'ing me about an
idea... and then I correspond and add my own bits and pieces... and together,
I'm really proud of what we've been able to do with the story. It's all her,
though, in the end. [Even if I was the voice of reason that had to beg her to
let us bail Nick out of jail... ;) that was the only time I had to take
drastic steps when it came to Hope!] But she is awesome... and she lets me
write stuff sometimes, too, so that's always super fun and such a privilege...
and overall, I'm really impressed with everything she came up with for Hope!
And rest assured-- there are some crazy plots for the sequel brewing in her
mind right now. Trust me. I've gotten just a peek... and it's gonna be great!
I'm really excited to keep working on this with her and hearing from everyone
through reviews... you guys really make the story fun for us, as well! =)

Haha, yes she keeps me in line with all my crazy ideas. And she is totally correct, we have some intense plots for the sequel, big surprises! The main idea for the whole sequel I had actually come up with a while back, likeee probably around chapter 15ish, somewhere around there, its been a while! I had been SO excited to write it, one upside of Hope being over.
So, in my author's note I had mentioned telling me your favorite quotes, which you can still do in the forum! but I thought I'd mention some of mine! Which is a pretty hard thing to do, you know, cuz i wrote mostly of all of it!
Well, of course there's the classic quote from the beginning of the story. "I felt Hope." Always capitalizing the H in hope of course. and hen the ending quote "It had all started with that one bit of Hope as she touched my hand for the first time... and it would last for eternity."

I jogged out the door and he came after me. I stopped on the grass and turned. He pounced on me. We both fell to the ground laughing. I rolled over to face him and he grinned, his eyes sparkled more than ever. I loved the way his eyes sparkled when he was happy. I wish it never went away. He leaned over so our faces were inches apart. I felt a force pulling me to him. I inched my face closer. Our foreheads pressed together softly. He moved a bit closer, a little more-“Ewwwww!” Johnny squealed.

“No! I’m not letting her go over with you so you guys can hurt her. I actually care about people UNLIKE YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS!” Mike yelled back pulling me up against him.
“No. I want to go with Jasper. Please just let go.” I said softly trying to pull away, I reached out and Jasper grabbed my hand.
“No! You don’t understand, he will hurt you!” Mike yelled at me and pulled me hard I felt pain rush through my shoulder. It felt like it disconnected, I let out a gasp of pain and looked up to Jasper, his face turned furious!
“The only person I am going to hurt is YOU!” With that I saw Jasper’s hand connect with Mike’s face. Mike fell backward and looked up in terror. He ran back a few steps.
“Are you alright Alice?” Jasper asked quietly pulling me into his arms, I nodded into his chest he rubbed my shoulder. It felt better after Mike had let me go, but this made it feel even better. Jasper turned us around so he was facing Mike again.
“DON’T EVER TOUCH HER AGAIN, GOT IT NEWTON?!” Jasper ordered in that forceful voice he used a minute ago. I turned my head so I could see Mike. Emmett came up behind him as he turned around and Emmett’s fist smashed Mike’s face too.
“I second that. “ Emmett growled at Mike. Mike quickly ran out of the lunch room before any more people could punch him.
“Wimp like always…” One of the guys from Jasper’s table snickered.

“Happy anniversary Alice.” He whispered lovingly wrapping his strong arms around me. “I love you.” He murmured nuzzling at my neck. I giggled and wrapped my arms around him too. “Happy anniversary Jazz. I love you more!” I chuckled kissing his lips (Plus the rest of the chapter.)

So, i was thinking, that maybe i could give you a little inside to the sequel, since i suppose this blog will be about it too soon.
We are makig fantastic progess on the sequel, which the name will not be released until the day of its release. I have written the first two chapters completely and they are just up for editing. and we are working on the rest, perfecting the plots and intensifying the drama, of course! We are hoping it'll satisfy you all!
Well, I'm not sure there's much else to say, Hope has been amazing and it's sad it coming to an end, trust me i spent a few hours in my corner of woe, whining, a lot. Ask my beta. :P. But we are trying our hardest on the sequel and we will try to have that up as soon as possible!
